installation error

Hi
after selecting all the modules I whant to install, when cliqcking on step 2 button
I get Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/secure/voip/includes/adodb/adodb.inc.php on line 433
I have open the file adodb.inc.php It look OK.
I am trap in that error tried to go to index.php file same error
whent to config files cookie name was missing so I add the cookie name to be the Domain same error
didn't find any install doc
same error with Explorer or firewfox
linux server Version MySQL 4.1.22-standard
Version PHP 4.4.7
can you guide me on how to install this software. thanks

Forget it
Since there is NO support NO installation guide.
I go for other software
